Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your Cooler Master account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
